  • 2021 Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences

Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held Wednesday, March 3rd from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. There will be no school in the morning as our faculty and staff will have professional development before conferences begin. Please also note there will be No School on March 4th or 5th. We hope you enjoy the long Spring Break weekend.

As we are excited to have parents back in the building for a face-to-face Parent-Teacher Conference we ask that you follow the listed guidelines:
        * Please sanitize upon arrival of the school at one of the sanitize stations located near each entrance.
        * Masks must be worn at all times.
        * Please remember to follow social distancing guidelines as you move throughout the school.
        * We ask that only parents attend conferences to help limit capacity within our building.
        * Conferences will remain 10 minutes in length. We have scheduled five minutes between conferences to disinfect (15-minute time slots per family.)
        * Please exit the building as soon as you are done with your children's conferences.

NOTE: If you do not feel comfortable coming in for a face-to-face conference please contact your child's teacher to set up a phone or zoom conference call. Thank you!

    Preschool through 4th Grade Parents:
Please find your child's teacher on the sign up to reserve a conference time at www.signupgenius.com/tabs/43072D705AEC2EFC06-central1
        * Parents should arrive no earlier than five minutes prior to their appointment and wait in the hallway.
        * The teacher will come and get you from the hall when it is your scheduled time.

    5th- 8th Grade Parents:
Middle School teachers will be in the SOUTH Gym. Conference times are based on a first-come, first-served. Please visit your child's homeroom teacher first to visit on how your child is doing. They will have information from your child's other classes to share with you. If you have questions for your child's other teachers, you can get in line to visit with them. Note: There will be a supper break for Middle School Teachers from 4:30-5:00, during that time no conferences will be held.

    9th - 12th Grade Parents:
All High School teachers will be set up at tables in the NORTH Gym for your convenience. Note: There will be a supper break for High and Middle School teachers from 4:30-5:00, during that time no conferences will be held.

  • FREE BREAKFAST & LUNCH
The United States Secretary of Ag announced the extension of all Food Service Programs allowing schools to offer meals to all children at no charge through the end of the school year. Note: Seconds helpings will still be charged to your child’s lunch account.

We are still asking our families to fill out a Free & Reduced meal application if you qualify! Many of the federal dollars our district receives are based on the number of free and/or reduced applications we have on file. In other words: if you meet the requirements, PLEASE APPLY! You will be helping the district out. All applications are kept confidential.

See our website for the Free and Reduced information and to apply: https://www.central-cass.k12.nd.us/FreeReducedLunch
