Mrs. Stansbery

Welcome to the Central Cass Library Program, I am Mrs. Stansbery, the Library Media Specialist, LMS. I have enjoyed my time as a Squirrel since 2002 when I student taught in Mrs. Kraft's sixth grade classroom. I spent 10 years teaching fifth grade, and will begin my fifth year as the LMS this fall. Before my time as a Squirrel, I grew up on a farm near Nome, ND, graduated from Enderlin Public School, attained my Elementary Education undergraduate degree, my Teaching and Technology graduate degree, and my Library Information Technologies Concentration all from VCSU.

When I am not in the libraries, I am spending time with my husband, Bill, our amazing daughter, Jillian, and our sweet son, Jack. Yes, we have a Jack and Jill! I love learning, reading, technology, kayaking, fishing, golfing, traveling, watching my nephews and neice play sports, the Minnesota Twins, and watching Squirrel activities. I aspire to be on the Squirrel football coaching staff some day, let's see if Coach Butler can make that happen! I guess my lack of football knowledge keeps holding me back, maybe I am better off just clapping in the stands! I look forward to working with the students, parents, and staff members of Central Cass.
