Greetings Baseball Families,
We are kicking off the Diamond Club fundraiser to Fulfill the Vision of the Central Cass Athletic Complex by completing the baseball and softball portions of the vision.
The priority order is:
1. Baseball lights
2. Softball field to the east of Kost Field
3. Full turf baseball field
The reason for these improvements has everything to do with accommodating the substantial growth of our baseball and softball programs. The summer baseball program at the 13 to 18-year-old level, for example, is expected to increase from three teams using the high school field in 2017, to six teams using the field in 2019.
It is a focus of Central Cass and Casselton Parks and Rec to Develop Every Player, which means being inclusive and competitive while creating appropriately-sized teams that allow everyone to improve and grow as young men and women.
To support this effort, a tax-deductible donation can be given to Central Cass Schools and directed to the Diamond Club.
The giving levels, which will be recognized and displayed at the high school field, are:
Home Run $10,000+
Grand Slam $25,000+
*Please don’t feel limited by these levels, as every amount helps and is greatly appreciated.
Additionally, naming rights or sponsorship opportunities are available for: the scoreboard, press box, lights, practice softball field, outfield fence banners, gymnasium, weight room, and more.
We have already reached over $50,000 in our fundraising efforts just through community members who heard about the effort and are wanting to support it.
Thank you, and if you have any questions please reach out to Travis Lemar, Morgan Forness, Kylee Madsen at the school: 347-5352 or Brent Everson: 238-1930 or Scott Kost.
